Q: If your friends jumped off a bridge, would you?!
A: Can't you do that at Disney World?
Q: Is it raining outside?
A: Does it ever rain inside?
Q: Excuse me sir, is this the end of the line?
A: No, it's the front, we're all standing backward!
Q: Why can't you be like your brother?!
A: Just lucky I guess.
Q: So how was school today?
A: The police will fill you in.
Q: (From lady to fellow bus-rider) Isn't my baby beautiful?
A: That's a baby?
Q: (from the clerk at the store) Will there be anything else?
A: Why? Wasn't this enough?
Q: Are you gonna eat that?
A: No, I'm going to have it bronzed and put on my mantle.

*Shattered glass and broken parts dangled from the window of a Dodge Charger being towed by "Smallville" co-star John Schneider yesterday, after the actor was apparently shot at while driving to the premiere of his new movie, "Collier & Co."
"Near as I can tell, somebody ... was tryin' to shoot a deer and wound up shootin' the traveler!"
No one was injured in the Deliverance-like escapade. Schneider, who played Bo Duke in the classic "Dukes of Hazzard" TV series, was delighted that the bullet struck his least favorite car and, of course, not him!

*Greg Prato of Billboard.com reports that on-again/off-again rock act BAD BRAINS appears to be on once more. After being asked to kick off the final week of shows at CBGB with a trio of sold-out performances, the original BAD BRAINS line-up of singer H.R., guitarist Dr. Know, bassist Darryl Jenifer and drummer Earl Hudson has been jumpstarted.
"It was tremendous," Dr. Know tells Billboard.com of the performances. "We hadn't played in that place in a long, long time. Did you see the DVD [the recently released 'Live at CBGB's 1982']? That sh*t was like that [laughs]! There was so much friends and family — it was a bit much, actually. It was really an honor and a privilege to have so many good friends and see them all. We were back together for a week; we hadn't been together for a long time."
Tying in with the recent flurry of activity is a long-in-the-works, as-yet-untitled studio album produced by the BEASTIE BOYS' Adam Yauch. The set should see the light of day next spring. "The lawyers are finishing up the last little tidbits of it," Dr. Know says.
"There's a lot of dubs and there's some old school-meets-new school BRAINS," he continues. "Not moderate tempo, but fast tempo. Yauch said, 'Man, I want y'all to do some old school-type sh*t,' so we did it like that."

*ANNA NICOLE SPEAKS OUT!
Entertainment Tonight has scored an interview with Anna Nicole Smith in which she talks about the birth of her daughter, the death of her 20-year-old son and her commitment ceremony to lawyer Howard K. Stern. Anna tells ET's Mark Steines that, "If I didn't have Howard, or my baby, I wouldn't be here." The New York Post reports that Stern said in the interview, "For anybody to try and judge us and to try and say what's right or what's wrong, there's no way to understand what Anna was going through when Daniel passed." In related news, People is reporting that Daniel Smith had up to seven drugs in his system when he died on Sept. 10. Although an official toxicology report for Daniel's death has yet to be released, Dr. Cyril Wecht, a private pathologist hired by the Smith family, said Amitriptyline, an antidepressant, as well as two over-the-counter cold medicines, were found in Daniel's body along with methadone and the antidepressants Lexapro and Zoloft.
