The program is all about introducing leadership "the Kamstrup way", focusing on the Kamstrup culture, the business strategy and our leadership principles; Engaging People, Driving Performance and Leading Transformation. The aim is simple: to help participants getting a head-start as new leaders in Kamstrup.
- This week we took part in some very inspiring days when a delegation from Danmarks Ambassade i Sverige visited City of Aarhus for a Danish-Swedish partner dialogue with focus on how the water sector and municipalities can secure water as a critical infrastructure, manage data security and benefit from digitalisation. The geopolitical landscape and the global need to address climate change set demands for innovation, partnerships and insights. Data security and digitalisation are crucial for securing drinking water and wastewater as a critical infrastructure, and the green transition requires full-scale solutions that can meet the demands required – such initiatives call for partnerships and joint innovation, and we were more than happy to take part in the dialogue and demonstrate how this can be done with our partnership with Aarhus Vand.

- What’s the point of cooling meters being flexible? At Aarhus Universitet, it’s absolutely crucial. To provide sufficient cooling for diverse research facilities, including the renowned ASTRID2 particle accelerator, Aarhus University uses an extensive cooling system reliant on plug-and-play Kamstrup meters. The meters are fitted with various communication modules hand-picked to connect directly into the local network. This means that Aarhus University can add data to the equation without having to mess with the existing infrastructure. Sounding too good to be true? - Earlier this month, we welcomed over 80 Water and Heating & Cooling customers and representatives from the industries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to our headquarters in Denmark. Over two days, they toured our facilities, experienced our latest technologies, and joined insightful presentations and discussions on industry trends and challenges. The event was a great mix of technical knowledge and networking, strengthening our great partnership with the industry in DACH. - It is with great pleasure that we announce Dorte Kamper as the new Senior Vice President of our Heat & Cooling business. Dorte Kamper brings a wealth of experience from the renewable energy industry and is known for her international commercial acumen. Her leadership and expertise will be invaluable to Kamstrup.
