Since Nordlux was founded in 1977, the objective has been to offer quality lighting products at low cost. This objective continues to be met and means that Nordlux can offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor lighting. It is important to Nordlux to keep up with the technological development in order to offer the best and most functional product to our customers. Furthermore, it is important to Nordlux to be on the cutting edge of international trends and designs, so our products continue to be attractive to own. Consequently, we are working with internationally well-known designers in order to offer ‘design for the people’. Nordlux is represented by subsidiaries, distribution offices and agents in various countries around the world – and this means that we are bringing design for the people in Scandinavia, Europe and Asia.

Christmas Sweater Thursday – Supporting a great cause! 🎄 Yesterday, we celebrated Christmas Sweater Thursday in support of Save the Children Denmark – and what a fantastic day it was! From cosy knits to over-the-top designs, our Nordlux team truly embraced the festive spirit while contributing to an important cause. Christmas Sweater Thursday raises awareness to support vulnerable children during the holidays and Nordlux supports this fantastic initiative and donates to the cause for each Christmas sweater. We’re excited to welcome Sebastian as our new finance trainee at Nordlux 🥳 In December, he’ll be moving to Aalborg after living in Vadum with his family. Sebastian completed his HHX education and took a gap year, during which he worked and enjoyed a few trips before joining us. He loves staying active, with a passion for football, handball, and padel tennis. When he’s not on the field, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. ⚽🎾 We’re looking forward to working with you Sebastian – welcome to Nordlux 💡
Say hello to Anne Marie 👋 With a solid background in the textile industry as both a buyer and designer, Anne Marie joins Nordlux as our new Private Label Coordinator. She’ll be ensuring that Private Label orders run smoothly from start to finish. Fun fact: Anne Marie grew up in Norway and is an all-around snow sports enthusiast – whether it's skiing, snowboarding, or even telemark, she’s done it all! A warm welcome to Kristian – our new Product Manager 👋 We are happy to welcome another new colleague at Nordlux HQ. Kristian joins us with extensive experience in product management and development, most recently from Nilfisk. Living in Nørresundby with his wife and three children, Kristian enjoys running, house projects, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. At Nordlux he will take a key role in driving and developing two of our strongest product categories, Outdoor & Functional lighting. Welcome to the team, Louise Grønborg Eskildsen! 🙌 We’re excited to have Louise join Nordlux as Private & Controlled Label Assistant. She brings a lot of experience from the fashion industry, where she handled order processing, customer communication, and freight booking. At Nordlux, Louise will manage private label orders from the moment they come in, to the shipment to our customers. Louise is a huge music lover. She has a broad taste in music and spends a lot of her free time (and money) going to concerts. Say hello to Kathrine Horsøe Rosborg 👋 Kathrine is our new CPO who will be leading our product team. She comes with an impressive 20 years of experience in the textile industry - including several years as Purchase Manager at Sports Group Denmark, one of the largest sportswear manufacturers in Denmark. Kathrine loves running and dreams of completing a marathon one day. She is also an avid hiker who has conquered Kilimanjaro in Africa and Annapurna in Nepal. Her next goal is to walk the Camino 🚶♀️ Welcome to the team, Kathrine.
