Abstract

This session presents a spreadsheet tool developed to help local officials manage their pavement network. The spreadsheet program analyzes pavement networks utilizing PASER conditions by considering deterioration, treatments, and environmental factors. This tool will aide local officials in preparing a long-range plan and assessing what their pavement investments will yield in performance measures.
