Abstract
Join us for an informative presentation about the mission, sustainable design practices, needs, and opportunities of the EWB (engineers without borders). This 17,000-member organization addresses clean water, sanitation, and other core living needs of small, disadvantaged international communities. EWB conducts hundreds of global projects per year and offers significant volunteer opportunities for civil, environmental, and electrical engineers and mentoring opportunities for scores of EWB student chapters.
