Abstract

An airport needs to meet current and future energy demands, while also being sustainable. However, service from the grid may be vulnerable to natural and human-caused events. ACRP Project 02-98 Airport Energy Resiliency Primer and Roadmap provides a guide to executing an airport energy resiliency program. The critical elements of an energy resiliency roadmap will be presented along with case study examples from airports moving toward energy resiliency.
