Abstract

MICE, infected congenitally or neonatally with lympho-cytic choriomeningitis (LCM) virus, manifest lupus-like glomerulonephritis, extensive infiltrations of various tissues with mononuclear cells and hypergammaglobulinaemia1,2. This communication describes the development of necrotizing arteritis previously unreported in mice with persistent LCM virus infection.
