$S$ -parameters and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the IC-Stripline cell are calculated. The calculation results show that the slotted septum method and the dielectric method can expand the working frequency band of the IC-Stripline cell from 0–6 to 0–7 and 0–11 GHz, respectively. The measurement results are consistent with the simulation results. In the end, the field uniformity is analyzed, and the results show that both methods have no significant impact on the field uniformity of the cell.">
