Abstract
Greek and Latin literary sources, ancient inscriptions and archaeological finds show that the relationships between the island of Corsica and the Etruscans were uninterrupted from the Iron Age to the Middle Republican period. The role of the Corsica is stressed by the mentioning of the island in the three treaties between Rome and Carthage.
