In “Posterior Impingement of the Ankle Caused by Anomalous Muscles. A Report of Four Cases” (2005;87:2075-9), by Best et al., the description of Case 4, on page 2076, and the legend for Figures 3-A and 3-B, which pertained to that patient, on page 2078, should have indicated that the case involved the left ankle.

The Journal publishes corrections when they are of significance to patient care, scientific data or record-keeping, or authorship, whether that error was made by an author, editor, or staff. Errata also appear in the online version and are attached to files downloaded from jbjs.org.
