Abstract: The western cross-wing of a late 14th/early 15th century ?H-plan hall was replaced by a stone tower in late 15th/early 16th century. South of the tower, away from the hall, a timber-framed two-floored structure was added in early-mid 16th, soon enlarged and rebuilt in stone; additions continued until demolition of the building (tower excepted) in 19th century.
