He found out he was pregnant with Harry's baby when his co-worker (OFC) said something to him like "You sound like a pregnant woman, does your chest tender too?" and Draco answered her in his heart 'Yes, his chest feels tender' (something like that).Draco asked his mother, about possibility of male pregnancy, then his mother persuaded him to tell Harry about it, but Draco was too stubborn and doesn't want to tell Harry.Also..
