I made a post over on cosplay.com regarding Dragon Age specifically, but I see no reason that we couldn't open it up to include Mass Effect, KotOR, Jade Empire, etc. Based on response at cosplay.com, so far we have:F!Hawke (Champion Mage Armor)Prologue!CarverF!Hawke (Finery)Anders (DA2)Morrigan (Sacred Ashes)VarricIsabela (DA2)Duncan (may change to M!Hawke Champion Mage Armor)I've never organized a meet-up before so I have no idea what areas are best for this or what other groups might already have dibs. I seem to recall maryryanbogard keeping a meetup list here in years past, but I'm not sure if she is planning to do so again.
