I watched this rerun of the reality show Millionaire Matchmaker. A very beautiful redhead comes in to be in the "dating pool" of women and Patty (the over surgerized Cougar who runs the business) says that redheads are not the "freshest produce in the market" and tells her she can only stay if she gets rid of the red hair. I'm proud to report she left with her beautiful red hair.
So is there some sort of backlash against redheads in the dating world? My BF loves redheads and is very happy with mine and would not prefer to be with some blonde or brunette version instead. It seems stupid to me that there would be people who would date based on hair color since so much of it is fake anyways. Have any of you experienced this sort of bias? I was shocked to hear her be so dismissive of all redheaded women on TV.
