The relevance of the study deals with the importance of improvement of student readiness to overc... more The relevance of the study deals with the importance of improvement of student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles in post-Soviet social studies education. In this regard, this paper aims at identifying the concept of pedagogical interaction in the information and educational environment and revealing the effective use of pedagogical interaction to improve student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles. The leading research method used to solve the problem is teaching project, which allows an integrated treatment of methodology in developing student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles. The paper presents such methods as creating positive motivation, arranging interactive educational cognitive and practical student activities and boosting the personal educational environment; it is shown that a distinctive feature of pedagogical interaction is the acquaintance of students with various elements of the information and educational environment, leading to the development of student readiness to overcome IT-related obstacles; it is found out that the use of pedagogical interaction in the information and educational environment ensures the purposefulness and efficiency of educational process; it is justified that using interactive means of information and educational environment in the context of arrangement of pedagogical interaction can enrich educational process, develop specific student skill that will definitely help them in future professional activities. The research materials are of practical value to the further expansion of functional and methodical aspects of using interactive media in the information and educational environment.

An interactive environment is supposed to be one of the most important technologies for developin... more An interactive environment is supposed to be one of the most important technologies for developing teaching systems for a deck crew. It enables modeling different interworking scenarios (excursions) among marine crafts as well as responding maritime facilities to operator performance, etc. The ship crew is possible to be taught in order to know how to act effectively in alarm or challenging situations in such an environment. A virtual polygon can also be used as a decision making support system to forecast growing threats and then choose the best behavior strategy/policy. The paper illustrates the findings of a virtual polygon development for simulating navigation safety problems with Blender environment applied for a three-dimensional graphic image representation, Delphi programming language for software support of the developed methods and a user interface design. The authors explained a layout algorithm for constructing three-dimensional offshore surface vessels. Moreover, the researchers simulated various situations in different weather effects and wind and wave perturbation in their study.

In the article, the option of pedagogical interaction based training forms for student’s initiati... more In the article, the option of pedagogical interaction based training forms for student’s initiative in future profession development is analyzed. The concepts of student’s initiative, process of pedagogical interaction, pedagogical interaction based training forms are described. Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and South Ural State University served as an experimental base. The purpose of the experiment was to analyze effect of using pedagogical interaction based training forms for the student’s initiative in future profession development. Two groups were selected for research: experimental (212 students) and control (219 students). Quantitative indicators of the dynamics testify the effectiveness of the experimental work: control group shows 16 percent progress while the experimental have 31 percent.
