Label at the Title of the post exactly what the post retains to. EG: Outline [project name]
or Discussion [project name] always ensure to add what project it is in relation to if no project is involved just label it [admin]

remember to label if the Project is for a Play by adding a P to the title or Screen by adding a S to the title.
