The survey of learning rate estimations gives special attention to interpreting and explaining the sources of variability of estimated rates, which is shown to be mainly inherent in R&D expenditures and if a decision cannot be inferred from system rule base, a default rule is usually applied. In the paper a new interactive approach is proposed where in uncertain conditions an interactive inductive learning system can ask for human decision and improve its knowledge base with the rule derived from this decision. Problems and solutions of incorporation of human-made decision into rule base and aspects of choosing between static , of omitted variable bias, the endogeneity relationship and the role of spillovers and incremental learning model involves three energy technology, the existing technology, improved technology and revolutionary technology the risk forecast analysis in the model, and combined with T3 vector technology uncertainty, under different combination of the spread of the new energy technology are analyzed. By considering the changes in the cost of each technology in the process of evolution, it is concluded that the total cost of energy technology development model, the model can according to different conditions and the development algorithms are analyzed in context of the proposed approach. An interactive inductive learning system is proposed to assist in study course comparative analysis for future research references and policies directed at developing a specific technology.

Research paper thumbnail of Research Framework on developing and improving international trade between Tanzania and China

China has maintained a long history of relationship with Africa and specifically Tanzania as a... more China has maintained a long history of relationship with Africa and specifically Tanzania as a bilateral aid donor that dates back from the 1964. Also, Chinese aid to Africa and specifically Tanzania has been both in kind (technology transfer, medical workers etc) and in cash. Nevertheless, Chinese aid to Africa and Tanzania specifically goes with a number of underlying motives and these include: trade and economic motives, development and particularly infrastructure development in Africa and specifically Tanzania, investment motives amongst others. Also, China aid to Africa and specifically Tanzania has the following underlying aims: China wants to provide an alternative to western development model and cooperation, to assure for raw materials supply and agricultural products from Africa for China, to establish a large market size for Chinese manufactured goods and services in Africa and specifically Tanzania amongst others. But, China's aid to Africa and Tanzania in particular as a whole, can simply be put under the south-south cooperation concept (that is 'the poor helping the poor').
However, the main problem for this research frame work arose from a worry concerning development aid assistance and the achievement of development results so far from the genesis of aid providence towards attaining successful development goals. Furthermore, the objectives of aid and foreign aid in general has been geared towards the development of the less developed poor countries and, which has always taken the form of rich countries (aid donors) and poor countries being the aid recipients. Also, most African countries including Tanzania have been receiving a substantial portion of foreign aid from both bilateral and multilateral aid donors for several years today in terms of resources, loans and cash. But, despite all the efforts of the aid donors, development challenges continue to be so acute in aid recipient countries like, Tanzania Likewise, the above resulted to reinforce a perception that the many years of aid giving had failed in realising their outcome of development achievements. Consequently, the above problem has provoked this thesis to investigate on China's aid to Africa and specifically Tanzania, to see how China as a new actor in the Aid System makes a difference. Nevertheless, Chinese activities in Africa and Tanzania specifically has been a concern to many others in the field of aid and development and this has brought up some questions such as; is China providing real development aid option than other aid donors (east)? Could China be seen as an emerging imperialist or a new friend to Africa continent? Furthermore, the above questions amongst others aspects, provoked the formulation of the hypothesis for this thesis, 'China is giving aid to Africa and specifically Tanzania because China wants resources'. However, according to findings of data collected in relation to the topic and the research problem, the ruling confirmed the above hypothesis as accepted after doing the analysis. But, some findings even though not the majority, ruled the hypothesis as rejected during the analysis and showed that China's development aid assistance has been quite instrumental towards the reduction of acute development challenges in Tanzania. In addition, the fact that China always attached certain terms to its aid assistance to Tanzania as revealed in the analysis of the findings generally confirmed the hypothesis as accepted. For example, `oil-for-infrastructure deal´, amongst others, which China provides infrastructure aid in exchange for oil resources.
However, China does not only provide aid because China wants resources on the other hand, as argued in the analysis with regards to some findings, which tend to prove the above hypothesis to be rejected. That is, China also has good intensions towards development achievement in Tanzania as shown by findings. The analysis of such findings was related to most infrastructure development and technology transfer through China's aid to Tanzania. For example, agriculture experts are sent by the Chinese government to train Tanzania farmers and transfer their technology and advanced agricultural techniques to them. So, the argument brought forward was, once this is effectively done, it will remain with the Tanzania to promote development in their agricultural production and cannot be taken back to China thus China has not made any much gain if any from the above aid assistance. The same applies to infrastructure development in some cases.
Nevertheless, the analysis of this forthcoming shall be done with most reflections on development theories concerning China's development aid assistance to Tanzania and the impact on development. These will be dependency and modernisation theories. Further, the dependency theory will be find suitable because it enabled the analysis to look critically on the level of interdependent between Tanzania and China concerning China's aid in the development according to the findings. While the modernisation theory will find relevant in the analysis as it enabled for critical explanation and understanding of some of its features with regards to Chinese aid particularly with aid geared towards infrastructure development in Tanzania, which is an aspect of modernisation.
In all, the research frame work drawn its conclusion from the ruling of the above hypothesis, which after a critical look at the findings and as they need to be analyzed, it turned out to be that majority of the findings will be that China provides aid to Africa and specifically Tanzania because China want resources. But, China’s contribution towards the achievement of development inTanzaniais quite significant and cannot be undermined. However, there remains an open end to this thesis regarding the fact that what will happen in the future when these resources especially the natural resources are depleted of? Will China still continue or not to provide development aid assistance to Africa and specifically Tanzania? This perspective is left for further research on the above area of studies in the fourth coming final thesis research.

This research examines the trade flow between China and Africa with the use of the changes model in international trade. The research examines the impact that variables such as changes lamps Product, distance, foreign direct investment (FDI), inflation, exchange rate, and trade per capita have on trade flow between China and Africa. The paper also examines howthe trade flow of lamp products rich countries is affected by trading with China while considering the interactions with other macroeconomic variables. The specific objectives are to assess the trade flow between China and Africa identify the variables that predicts trade flow from China to Africa and vice-versa; examine the trade flow between Africa countries (Chad ,Tanzania, Kenya Ghana and Zambia ) and China; and develop desirable policies that will enhance China-Africa trade while protecting the industries in Africa. However even though, we established a dynamic model to analyze the effects of free trade and trade facilitation in Africa countries. In the settings of our model, we use adaptive expectation other than pure rational expectation to reflect the situation that Africa countries are in the midst of transformation. The results show that the dynamic trade changing paths of these countries are quite different from those of developing countries.
When trade facilitation increases, the results of China show that China’s Light products showed a huge growth in the future. One reason is that light products are very sensitive to trade facilitation, especially sensitive to factors like custom clearance time. Light trade also showed a huge growth under the scenario that car tariffs are reduced. The result of the dynamic model research improves our understanding on why Africa trade is an illusion that is gradually becoming a reality to the Lighting Africa as a key product element of the global Solar and LED Energy Access (SLED) program, an initiative of the Clean Energy products, references and predict the future research.

This framework is focusing on China’s trade with Central African Republic (CAR) currently at abou... more This framework is focusing on China’s trade with Central African Republic (CAR) currently at about 1 billion USD annually is expected to rise at about US$3 billion by ending of 2016. This not only informs the level of bilateral trade ties that Central Africa with China will be compared to any other country in the region but also signifies the highest and the closest level of bilateral relations that Central Africa has built up with China over the past decade since the new government under Central Africa People’s Revolutionary took over power in 1990’s. There have been extensive debates on China’s role in Africa - whether it could be viewed as a constructive partner or otherwise. This essay puts forward the argument that while trade ties as one important channel of bilateral relations that China has embarked with the outside world and particularly with Africa is uneven and lop-sided. This is true of the Central African Republic(CAR) context as well particularly when we look at the economic capacity, balance of trade and at the two countries relations with international trade regimes. While China is a full member of WTO for over a decade
Central African Republic on the other hand has been aspiring to become a member for some time now and hence one of the important aspect of Central African Republic -China trade relations is the heavy reliance on bilateral/international trade regimes. Therefore, this research framework is aim at unraveling the dynamics in Sino- Central African Republic trade relations with emphasis on the economic capacity of the two countries, balance of trade and explore whether Central African republic attempts to join WTO would lead to a more predictable trade relations between the two countries. , will be based on an empirical study covering theoretical framework and will be empirically tested identifying the relationships aiming the innovations of central African Republic area performance through an integrated economic capacity balance of trade innovation- performance analysis. The results reveal the positive effects of economic capacity balance of trade innovations on trade.
In this attempt the research framework will largely rely on the analysis of relevant archival resources and literatures directly relating to the themes performance and references for the future research will be introduced to the fourth coming research.

But the increasingly bigger wealth gap between the North and the South arises questions hereby: what products should be produced and thereby exported by one country? What determines the export commodity composite? By probing into the trade-related theories, while searching proof and evidence from the rapid economic developments of the newly industrialize economics, especially by evaluating the structural changes of Chinese export commodity in a historical perspective, a fact is found in this thesis research, which is in accordance with what posited—in a growing economy the decline of the trade sector has generally been accompanied by strong expansion of the manufacturing and/or services sector. By experiencing a dynamic process of changing comparative advantage into competitive advantage, a rapid growth in the exports of manufacturing products as well as a change in the structure of manufacture exports shall be realized. Hence a rational and efficient export structure might be formed and predicting the future trading and Trade between China and African countries has dramatically increased in recent years, at an unprecedented rate. At the same time, robust economic growth in Togo has accompanied this trade boom. The question remains however, whether or not trade with China has actually induced this growth. Furthermore, recent the framework will suggest that Togo’s trade with China may instead be detrimental to Togolese development. This research frame work will examine the impact of Chinese trade alone on Togolese growth. Controlling for endogeneity issues and institutional effects, it finds that if the evidence to suggest that Chinese trade has had a positive impact on African growth. The objective of this framework is to explore the effects of the organizational, process, product and marketing innovations on the different aspects of firm performance, including innovative, production, market and financial performances, based on an empirical study covering theoretical framework will empirically test identifying the relationships amid innovations and firm performance through an integrated innovation- performance analysis. The results reveal the positive effects of innovations on trade performance in manufacturing industries and references for the future research shall introduce.
