Consequently, it is necessary to develop an efficient management system that offers traceability and condition monitoring capabilities to ensure the safe and high-quality delivery of goods. Moreover, it is crucial to guarantee the accuracy and dependability of distribution data. The issue management system was software development that showed new techniques for the clients and users. The study aims was to improve the production and issues and reports system in a construction company, by made its process easier and more efficient and provide better services to the customers. The website was helped the project managers and their team to reduce time without any cost and affected in the updates.

A lot of research works in different areas of workflow management can be found in various literat... more A lot of research works in different areas of workflow management can be found in various literatures. Each area of research has its own specification and requirements to manage a complex processing request. Workflow management is significantly important for utilizing heterogeneous communications and resources sharing in SOA systems. Many studies combine the workflow management with agent technology. This requires support from different approaches of implementing agent technology. In this paper, we describe our Agent-based MOM cross-platform communication workflow for SOA systems. We argue that our suggested framework is composing autonomous and flexible interaction for SOA communication. We also illustrate the technologies for cross-platform interoperability communication across wide area computing systems.

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web service technology plays a great role in enabling the... more Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web service technology plays a great role in enabling the integration of different systems from different enterprises and platforms. Usually, the service provided to consumers in such systems requires a specific level of quality to be ensured by the providers. So, the consumer and provider enter into a mutual Service Level Agreement (SLA) which is a contract defining the obligations, rights, and penalties between the provider of a web service and a client with respect to the service's quality. Monitoring is required at they service provider and service consumer sides in order to ensure the satisfaction of SLA •. This research aims to provide an autom ated monitoring fr amework for non-functional attributes of SOA to ensure the trustworthiness of SLA for SOA applications using agent technology. A quality model has been developed as a basis for this monitoring fr amework. The quality model will identify the related quality attributes and their metrics from different multi-stakeholders perspective.

A lot of research works in different areas have been done on Interoperability frameworks. Each ar... more A lot of research works in different areas have been done on Interoperability frameworks. Each area of research has its own specification and requirements to manage a complex processing request. Interoperability framework is significantly important for utilizing heterogeneous communications and integrations in SOA systems. Various middleware technologies are often used as the communication and integration infrastructure for distributed system to ensure the interoperability. Nevertheless, different types of middleware have raise interoperability issues as well. One of the well known middleware architectures used for heterogeneous systems is Message Oriented Middleware (MOM). MOM is known as common attach technology for heterogeneous, distributed and loosely coupled software system. In this paper we explore and analyze studies related to cross-platform in communication and integration. In the end, we have proposed agent-based MOM interoperability framework and Ontology mapping conceptual model which is the key model to do message mapping for different applications in SOA system.

Public transportation with IoT deliverable that is a smart bus that is capable of performing calc... more Public transportation with IoT deliverable that is a smart bus that is capable of performing calculations on number of the passengers, alert them when they arrive to their destinations, as well allowing passenger's families to track the bus movements by interacting to a user-friendly website that provides them with such services. This study has focused on tracking features within the platform form the three perspectives: guardians, administrator and bus driver. The implementation taken from two perspectives first is the web application implementation, which is going to be a website that the users can interact with the system through it. The second perspective is the system implementation through demonstrating a small model of a smart bus. The model will be powered with an IoT Architecture implemented to it, which will show how all the pieces should be operating together in one infrastructure.

Most important activities in the beauty salon such as facial make up, hair nourishment, skin care and hair cutting. In Jeddah, there are many beauty salons that provide many services such as hair staling and spa. The study was mobile salon management application with appointment scheduling functionality. This application had connected clients, salon and stylist in an online community which allowed the users to browse salon and stylist, book or cancel appointments. The salon had specified the stylist that worked in selected salon included their service. The salons also booked appointment for the customers. The application was used SDK, Java (Eclipse Juno), Arduino and 2.2 Froyo. Most use cases in this study such as account registration, login page, appointment scheduling, schedule view, add stylist, accumulated points in user account, customer review for salon and services.
