本法は，欧州連合の次の法律を実施するために必要な規則を定める。 (a) 共同体商標に関する1993年12月20日の理事会規則(EC)No.40/94 (b) 農産品及び食料品に係る地理的表示及び原産地名称の保護に関する2006年3月20日の理事会規則(EC)No.510/2006 (c) 農産品及び食料品に係る地理的表示及び原産地名称の保護に関する理事会規則(EC)No.510/2006の実施についての細目規則を定める2006年12月14日の委員会規則(EC)No.1898/2006 (d) 理事会規則(EEC)No.1576/89を廃止する，蒸留酒の定義，説明，呈示，ラベル付け及び地理的表示の保護に関する2008年1月15日の欧州議会及び理事会規則(EC)No.110/2008第III章 (e) 規則(EC)No.1493/1999，(EC)No.1782/2003，(EC)No.1290/2005，(EC)No.3/2008を修正し，規則(EEC)No.2392/86及び(EC)No.1493/1999を廃止する，ぶどう酒市場の共通化に関する2008年4月29日の理事会規則(EC)No.479/2008第IV章例文帳に追加

This Act lays down the rules required for implementing the following acts of the European Union: (a) Council Regulation (EC) No. 40/94 of 20 December 1993 on the Community trade mark; (b) Council Regulation (EC) No. 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs; (c) Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs. (d) Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1576/89; (e) Chapter IV of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 of 29 April 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine, amending Regulations (EC) No. 1493/1999, (EC) No. 1782/2003, (EC) No. 1290/2005, (EC) No. 3/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC)No. 2392/86 and (EC) No. 1493/1999. - 特許庁
