The objective of this study is to examine the level of competitiveness exhibited by the Village O... more The objective of this study is to examine the level of competitiveness exhibited by the Village Owned Enterprise Agency (VOEA) in the province of West Java, located in Indonesia. The current state of affairs is hindered by the intricate nature of the issues at hand and the deficiencies of the VOEA that are presently underway. In West Java, for instance, a significant portion of the 2,921-unit VOEA, specifically 85%, are inoperative. Similarly, in Indonesia as a whole, out of the total 45,549-unit VOEAs established, only 30% remain functional due to their inability to effectively compete. Hence, the purpose of this study is to construct a model for enhancing the competitive innovation of the Village Owned Enterprise Agency (VOEA) in the province of West Java, as well as in Indonesia as a whole. Since Medan known as one of biggest city in Indonesia, where the existence of MSMEs have the significance role to generate income within the community, therefore this paper is intended to analyze how MSMEs are able to rise and can continue their business activities through efforts to implement the concept of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and digital marketing.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komitmen dan budaya organisasi ... more Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komitmen dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di salah satu kelurahan di Kota Depok, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan menyebar ke 60 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan metode regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitupula budaya organisasi, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka pengambil kebijakan sebaiknya berupaya meningkatkan program kerja yang berkaitan dengan komitmen dan budaya organisasi sebab terbukti meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong with 93 employees. The technique used is simple random sampling using Slovin formula obtained a sample of 75 employees. Result compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong both partially and simultaneous.

In accordance with the objective of AEC, the purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of the microfinance industry on the development of MSMEs, as one item in the AEC Agreement. The literature review reveal that on the microfinance industry has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs, on the other hand both of AEC and the policy of Indonesia Goverment argued as the factor affecting the growth of the microfinance industry as a strategic industry in the development of MSMEs.

This paper seeks to uncover the role of management strategies in improving the performance of MFIs in Indonesia, in addition to internal and external factors of the MFI itself as an aspect that significantly affects performance. The literature review shows that management strategy plays a significant role in improving the performance of MFIs, in addition to internal factors of MFIs and the external conditions of MFIs in Ind onesia.

Work motivation can encourage improvement in employee performance, where a good work environment, salaries received by employees as expected, there are incentives for those who excel, there is work protection and company recognition of employee work performance.
