Flag Meme from thefridayfive by way of lianeviolet: 1. Who is your best friend? Michele. (She is bloodandivory on LJ but never uses it.)2. Why did you become friends? and 3. How did you meet? I joined Michele's Yahoo! Group Loving Lecter in the summer of 1999 after reading Hannibal. I liked that even though she was 19 years older than me (I was 15 at the time) she spoke to me like I was an adult with valid opinions and genuine thoughts, as opposed to just another dumb teenager. (Of which we had a few in the group, I might add.) We shared a lot of other interests as well, like musicals and other books we'd read, and especially horror movies. We were both liberals, and her location (Boston) was so different than mine (Missouri) so we talked a lot about politics and how they differed for where we called home. We also both identified as bisexual, with a more obvious interest in men - older, of course, which we happily shared! Basically, it was fun getting to know Michele because she always told interesting stories about her life, even though I was often madly jealous at the fact that she was older and had so much more to tell than I did.4. Why have you stayed friends? We became a couple! In July of 2001 I went to visit her a second time (the first time was in December 2000) and we both admitted we were attracted to each other. It came on the heels of a newfound and shared obsession over an actor and so I guess we were a romantic mindset. I hated going home for my last year of high school, but we managed to make a long-distance relationship work. We became engaged shortly after this, and I moved to Boston permanently in 2002 to live with her. It's harder to live with someone than it is to love them, but we've managed to make out okay. Even being here in Missouri now, where it's very tough for us, we're still together. It was six years on July 25th.5. How long (realistically) do you think you'll be friends? Forever. And I hope I didn't just jinx myself.current stage of depression: current stage of depression: loved lovedi have a system and i don't want anyone disarranging it: couple stuff, having friends, lecterdom, memes, michie, nostalgia, public posts

Flag Women. I didn't think I liked thin little women but after hunting up pics for two hours apparently I actually do. Or maybe it's just that I don't find thinness attractive, but these women are still alluring to me anyway. I can forgive them for not eating, I guess.( Jodhi MayCollapse ) ( Oja KodarCollapse ) ( Kate BushCollapse ) ( Amy Poehler and Tina FeyCollapse ) ( Sheri Moon ZombieCollapse ) ( Angela BettisCollapse ) ( FergieCollapse ) is like the world's worst everything, ever, and I am so embarrassed to have her on this list, but I think I'm in love with her. Seriously. I used to just make fun of her all the time, but now I make fun of her with what I can only call "train wreck reverence." I called her "a goddess" once, and found myself meaning it for half a second. Please. Send help.( Patricia ClarksonCollapse ) ( Megan MullallyCollapse ) isn't thin, but she's not exactly the size for me either. She is hot, though. A fine comeback after that horrible business up above.current stage of depression: current stage of depression: turned on turned oni have a system and i don't want anyone disarranging it: bi all means tell me i'm a fence-sitter, books, public posts, rare entries involving sex with women
