hi there,i've really liked being a part of this community, and have fought to keep it alive, but it's not happening. i considered offering to take it over, but since i'm trying to cut down a bit on the insanity that is my lj (it's eating me up) that might not be such a hot idea. than you for being so rad this past year or so. best of luck!♥,dot

Ok well only to announce the obvious. blindfold_me and I have decided to put this community on hold for a little while. Neither her nor I have the time to really put forth a decent effort into running this, and it seems the membership hasn't put forth an effort to keep it going as well. (nothing against those who have promoted their butts off and tried to keep it going)Feel free to post things as you see fit but as far as things being moderated....it just can't happen now.Much thanks _dance__dance__ & blindfold_me

blindfold_me and I have decided to put this community on hold for a little while. [ mood \| nostalgic ] since i don't really have a favourite childhood toy (well i guess it was a book-and-tape set i got, but yeah, boring, and i don't have pictures of it either) i can participate in the theme at least.( my favourite childhood memory Collapse )and so that i don't stuff the community with posts by me, i thought i would tack this onto the end of my theme post: Disaster Relief Kits! put some together for the victims of Katrina, and spread the word, too.

OK GUYS.there's ONE more week for the contest and the only post there is is mine. I'm beginning to get worriedthere havent been alot of posts PERIOD for quite some time now....I don't know...this community seems kind of deadwhat do you think?

I can't really enter the contest...but figured I'd post anyways.The day I was born my dad got me a little stuffed bear. This bear has been around since then...making it now 21 years old. It holds alot of memories for me and is by far one of my favorite stuffed animals ( picture Collapse )
