I have a question. I'm trying to watch the special features - I haven't tried to get to the film yet - but it's only showing up in a tiny corner of my screen. Do I need to update my player, even though I just bought it, and the BRDC came out back in May?I figured I'd ask here. Also, I have tried finding a good storyline for Elektra as well as art that isn't hideous - does anyone have any suggestions?

This slipped my radar over the past two weeks... A great interview with Zeb Wells, who's apparently writing an Elektra one-shot concerning the "Shadowland" arc featuring Daredevil. The cover art is gorgeous so check it out! http://www.newsarama.com/comics/Elektra-Shadowland-100517.htmlI liked what Zeb Wells did with Elektra's character in the "Dark Reign" miniseries but felt he could have done more. Well, this is doing a little more with her character. He seems interested in capturing her properly - can't wait for Elektra to get knee-deep in the action!

If anyone else picked up this one-shot recently, I'd like to hear your thoughts about it! I really enjoyed the fact that it was nostalgic and featured several characters from Elektra's past (including some my favorites from Miller & Sienkiewicz's Assassin era)! Short but surprisingly good and I thought Elektra was pretty believable as character with a "good" moral center. I also enjoyed the pencils by Rafael Kayanan - the book has a nice mood overall IMO. Don't miss it out while it's out in the stores this month. I'm glad I stumbled into this issue while visiting the comic store this past weekend. :)

What If? Daredevil & Elektra

If anyone else picked up this one-shot recently, I'd like to hear your thoughts about it! I really enjoyed the fact that it was nostalgic and featured several characters from Elektra's past (including some my favorites from Miller & Sienkiewicz's Assassin era)! Short but surprisingly good and I thought Elektra was pretty believable as character with a "good" moral center. I also enjoyed the pencils by Rafael Kayanan - the book has a nice mood overall IMO. Don't miss it out while it's out in the stores this month. I'm glad I stumbled into this issue while visiting the comic store this past weekend. :)
