So, what did everybody think of ELF? Favorite moments? Did it meet your expectations? For me, it exceeded all of my expectations. My favorite moments were...well, everything on Sunday, since Elijah is my favorite. But also I enjoyed the scholar panels which I thankfully was able to see this time. The Emerald Rose concert was fantastic. Speaking of E.R., I have to say I greatly enjoyed the little unexpected "concert" in the lobby area outside of the convention hall on Sunday. It was nice to hear and see them again, especially when Peter S. Beagle joined them. Wonderful moment! :)

John and Sean's panels were very entertaining. To me the entire event seemed much more relaxed, much more intimate, than ORC. Perhaps that is why photographs were allowed in the autograph lines. (Although I hope that will just become a regular thing with all LOTR cons.) I know I would consider attending another ELF convention if Ceation and TORn decide to hold one.
