Ilmajoki a municipality in Southern Ostrobothnia, Finland.

The town was founded in 1865. It is well-known about Altia’s Koskenkorva manufacturing plant, located in the 62.69124922.4509371 Koskenkorva village, which produces ethanol as a raw material for Koskenkorva Viina, a clear spirit drink in Finland. Also known as “Kossu”, Koskenkorva has become one of Finland's most recognized brands, domestically and internationally.

The main routes to Ilmajoki are Highway 67 (from Kaskinen to Seinäjoki via Kurikka; known as Kurikantie and Seinäjoentie) and Highway 3 (E12) (from Tampere to Vaasa; known as Vaasantie).
