T. P. Rajeevan is a noted writer in South India. He was born in 1959 at Paleri in Kozhikode. He was a journalist in Delhi and also worked as Public Relations Officer in University of Calicut. He writes in both English and Malayalam languages and his works are translated into 14 languages including French, Polish and Italian.

He contributes to leading publications in English and Malayalam. Vaathil, Rashtrathanthram, Koritharicha Naal, Vayalkkarayil Ippozhillatha, kannaki, He Who Was Gone Thus, Athe Aakasham Athe Bhoomi, Purapettu Pokunna Vakku and A Midnight Murder Story are his noted works.

A Midnight Murder Story was later published in Malayalam under the title ‘Paleri Manikyam: Oru Pathirakolapathakathinte Katha’ in 2008. It was later adapted into movie and won several awards.
