В условиях роста неопределённости на финансовых рынках, сохраняющихся вызовов и рисков в банковском секторе, являются актуальными вопросы обеспечения финансовой устойчивости кахахстанских банков второго уровня. Для обеспечения стабильности всего финансового рынка Казахстана необходим переход от антикризисных мер поддержки банков к мерам устойчивого развития банковского сектора и восстановлению кредитования реального сектора экономики. В статье анализируется уровень финансовой устойчивости банковского сектора казахстанской экономики, а также дается оценка эффективности мер по реализации программы, которая предполагает повышение финансовой устойчивости банковского сектора Республики Казахстан. В статье оценивается эффективность применённых Национальным банком Республики Казахстан инструментов, нацеленных на оздоровление деятельности проблемных банков. Обосновывается вывод о том, что для сохранения стабильности финансовой системы и устойчивого роста экономики казахстанским банкам следует изменить бизнес-модели своей деятельности, повысить значение коэффициентов адекватности собственного капитала, улучшить механизмы риск-менеджмента, диверсифицировать банковский бизнес и совершенствовать инструменты его управления.

The purpose of the article is to study a unique and planned sphere of life of social and economic... more The purpose of the article is to study a unique and planned sphere of life of social and economic society in the regional labor market. As it also covers the market of workforce directly connected to production, the concepts unemployment and workplace safety are important. The loss of work means low quality of life and the instability of the economy for many people. Employment determines the content of important aspects of social development to meet the needs of people in the labor market. The article emphasizes that the main policy of the state in regulating the labor market is the implementation of an employment policy for the entire population that preserves the natural level of employment, does not allow the emergence of cyclical employment, the formation of a "flexible market" that quickly adapts to internal and external changes, allowing to maintain stability and management. This compared to the traditional market creates conditions for flexible employee management in conditions of incomplete working day, temporary employment, replacement. On this flexible market, every citizen, looking for work, is obliged to find a workplace that meets its requests. In the labor market, public policy goes in two directions. Active training and retraining in order to create new jobs, ensuring employment and deliverance from unemployment. This can include events implemented in the framework of programs in our country. Passive is support for unoccupied citizens by providing social benefits. The main methods applied by the state in providing regional employment include stimulating investment in the economy, depending on the specifics of each region, which is the main condition for creating new jobs.

In the article there are considered main principles and features of managing sustainable developm... more In the article there are considered main principles and features of managing sustainable development and reproduction of the natural capital in modern Kazakhstan conditions, the analysis of aims and tasks of attracting of investments for development of a socially-ecological infrastructure. Theoretical research of existing concepts of the state participation in market economy is conducted, methods of the state ecological policy are considered and role of public authorities in developing socially-ecological infrastructure and process of attracting investments into environment protection is determined. The existing methods of attracting of investments into environment protection through mechanisms of budgetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan are also analyzed and the most perspective tools of transformation of the private capital in budgetary investments are revealed. The requirement for budgetary investments into environment protection at the present stage is estimated and sources of investments for its satisfaction are determined.

Enterprises are forced to react to these influences and take them into account in the planning process and further implementation of their activities. Ensuring sustainable development of enterprises is an important strategic task of in-house management, which is solved through increasing the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of a business. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the in-house activities of an enterprise and, on this basis, to offer practical recommendations for improving the management of functional areas of its activity to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise. The article uses a complex of modern methods for collecting, processing and interpreting the initial information. The author's organizational and financial model of in-house management of the enterprise is proposed and the organizational and financial aspects of management of various functional areas of economic activity are investigated.

Neuropathic pain (NP) has been considered as a condition caused by various central and peripheral nerve disorders. NP results from various causes affecting brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves like cervical or lumbar radiculopathy, diabetic neuropathy, cancer-related NP, HIV-related neuropathy and spinal cord injury. Recommended therapies of NP involve antidepressants, certain antiepileptics, topical lidocaine and opioid analgesics. The present review aims at explaining various causes and treatments for the prevention and treatment of NP.

The development of global stock markets clearly emphasizes the “immaturity” of the Russian stock market. Present situation indicates the need for the introduction and development of new investment instruments. This fact encouraged the development of ETFs in Russia. Russian ETFs have a relatively short story, but this does not prevent them from expanding the scope of activities, gaining momentum and demonstrating a high degree of profitability, which is a significant competitive advantage over other unit investment funds. The study offers the overlook of exchange-traded investment funds’ activities as a hybrid with foreign ETFs and an alternative to Russian domestic unit investment funds, which reach a high level of profitability in modern conditions.
