  La semana pasada participamos en el "Break the Ice Forum" el cual reunió a agencias de eventos y empresas del sector corporativo , incluyendo marcas de cosmética , automoción y venue finders especializados en localizaciones para eventos 📍 Durante la jornada tuvimos 25 reuniones en un formato ágil, dinámico y bien enfocado, que permitió intercambiar ideas de forma directa, detectar sinergias y abrir nuevas oportunidades de colaboración. Un evento muy bien organizado que nos permitió generar contactos de valor y seguir ampliando nuestra red en el sector 👏. ¡Seguimos! Last week, we took part in the "Break the Ice Forum," which brought together event agencies and companies from the corporate sector, including cosmetic brands, automotive firms, and venue finders specialized in event locations 📍 Throughout the day, we held 25 meetings in a fast-paced, dynamic, and well-structured format that allowed for direct idea exchange, the identification of synergies, and the opening of new collaboration opportunities. It was a very well-organized event that enabled us to build valuable connections and continue expanding our network in the industry 👏.   El pasado 5 de junio participamos en la Asamblea del Spain Convention Bureau y Encuentro de Turismo de Reuniones, celebrada en el emblemático Centro Federico García Lorca de Granada. Un encuentro donde nos reunimos con los 65 Convention Bureau de toda España para aprender, compartir y proyectar el futuro del turismo de la industria de reuniones, coincidiendo con los 40 años de historia del Spain Convention Bureau. 📌 Nuestros highlights: ✅ Sesiones de trabajo donde compartimos las claves de nuestra campaña "Verte en Valencia nos alegra el corazón" y el caso de éxito sobre cómo reaccionamos tras la Dana: acciones inmediatas, mensajes de resiliencia y cómo Valencia seguía abierta por completo. ✅ Actualización sectorial sobre las últimas tendencias en organización de eventos, innovación y sostenibilidad. 💡 Lo más inspirador: En este encuentro, la red se convirtió en una fuente de aprendizaje mutuo, reflexión e inspiración. Descubrimos qué hacen otros destinos, nos nutrimos de sus propuestas y ellos de las nuestras con el fin de seguir innovando para generar resultados mejores. Un encuentro imprescindible para seguir avanzando, colaborando y creando valor para la industria MICE. On June 5th, we took part in the Assembly of the Spain Convention Bureau and the Meetings Tourism Gathering, held at the iconic Centro Federico García Lorca in Granada. This event brought together the 65 Convention Bureaux from across Spain to learn, share, and shape the future of the meetings industry, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the Spain Convention Bureau. 📌 Our highlights: ✅ Working sessions where we shared the key messages of our campaign “Seeing you in Valencia warms our hearts”, as well as our success story on how we responded after the Dana storm: immediate actions, messages of resilience, and how Valencia remained fully open. ✅ Sector update on the latest trends in event organization, innovation, and sustainability. 💡 Most inspiring: During this gathering, the network became a source of mutual learning, reflection, and inspiration. We discovered what other destinations are doing, enriched ourselves with their proposals—and they with ours—with the aim of continuing to innovate for better results. • Del 20 al 22 de mayo estuvimos presentes en IMEX Frankfurt 🌍, una de las citas clave del calendario MICE. Durante estos tres días tuvimos más de 40 reuniones 🤝 con agencias, asociaciones y organizadores de eventos. Muchas de ellas con muy buenas perspectivas y peticiones en firme para el periodo 2025-2028 📆. También participamos en el City Destinations Alliance | CityDNA Café ☕, un espacio de trabajo en formato mesas redondas donde se abordaron temas clave para los Convention Bureaus. La jornada del miércoles la cerramos en la ya habitual Noche de Tourspain un evento distendido pero estratégico para seguir construyendo relaciones con profesionales del sector turístico internacional. Seguimos posicionando Valencia en el mapa como destino MICE de primer nivel✈📍 From 20 to 22 May we were present at IMEX Frankfurt 🌍, one of the key events in the MICE calendar. During these three days we had more than 40 meetings 🤝 with agencies, associations and event organisers. Many of them with very good prospects and firm requests for the period 2025-2028 📆. We also participated in the City Destinations Alliance | CityDNA Café ☕, a working space in round table format where key issues for Convention Bureaus were addressed. We closed the day on Wednesday at the now customary Tourspain Night 🌙🇪🇸, a relaxed but strategic event to continue building relationships with professionals from the international tourism sector. • Valencia , presente en Múnich ✨ El 29 de abril participamos en una jornada directa organizada por el Spain Convention Bureau, con el apoyo de las Oficinas Españolas de Turismo en Frankfurt y Múnich. Un total de 12 Convention Bureaux pertenecientes al SCB —Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza, Sitges, Valencia, Lloret de Mar, Salamanca, Málaga, Bilbao, Sevilla y Benidorm— se reunieron en un workshop con agencias y empresas del sector corporativo de la región de Múnich. Presentamos Valencia y pusimos en valor todo lo que nuestro destino puede ofrecer al turismo de reuniones, incentivos y eventos. 🌟 ¡Seguimos generando oportunidades para nuestro sector!. 💼Valencia , present in Múnich ✨ On April 29, we took part in a direct event organized by the Spain Convention Bureau, with the support of the Spanish Tourism Offices in Frankfurt and Munich. A total of 12 Convention Bureaux belonging to the SCB —Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza, Sitges, Valencia, Lloret de Mar, Salamanca, Málaga, Bilbao, Seville, and Benidorm— came together for a workshop with agencies and companies from the corporate sector in the Munich region.   Esta semana hemos tenido la oportunidad de representar a València en dos eventos clave del sector MICE. 🎉 ✨ Por un lado, participamos en el GMID (Global Meetings Industry Day) en Feria Valencia, donde compartimos inspiración y conocimiento sobre el presente y futuro del sector. Fue un honor entregar el premio ESG Responsibility Champion a Sylvia Andrés y al equipo del Palacio de Congresos de Valencia. 🏆 🌍 Por otro lado, estuvimos presentes en el ICCA Business Workshop en Reikiavik, un formato exclusivo que nos permitió establecer conexiones valiosas con asociaciones europeas interesadas en València como destino para sus futuros congresos. 🤝 Además, colaboramos en el Fam Trip en València, organizado por Meliá Hotels International y Valencia DMC para la agencia NUBA, con el objetivo de presentar nuestro destino para albergar eventos e incentivos de sus clientes. 🏨✈️ 🔝 Seguimos trabajando para generar negocio y posicionar a València como un destino MICE de primer nivel. This week we had the opportunity to represent València at two key events in the MICE sector. 🎉 ✨ On one hand, we participated in the GMID (Global Meetings Industry Day) organized by MPI Iberian Chapter at Feria Valencia, where we shared insights about the present and future of the MICE industry.   🤝 ¡Seguimos impulsando el turismo MICE con Asia! 🚀 Del 23 al 25 de marzo, acogimos un fam trip con 7 agencias MICE chinas y una representante de la OET de China, gracias al apoyo de Tourspain💼✨ 📍 España ha sido su escenario, recorriendo distintas ciudades en busca de los mejores espacios MICE. Su última parada fue Valencia , donde durante casi 3 días visitaron venues, hoteles y, por supuesto, disfrutaron de nuestra increíble gastronomía. 🍊🍷 💡 Para cerrar con broche de oro, organizamos un networking en el que más de 40 asociados tuvieron la oportunidad de conectar con estas agencias y sentar las bases de futuras colaboraciones. 🤝✨ Gracias a todos los que hicieron posible este encuentro. ¡Seguimos avanzando! 🚀 🤝 We continue to boost MICE tourism with Asia! 🚀 From March 23 to 25, we hosted a fam trip with 7 Chinese MICE agencies and a representative from the OET of China, thanks to the support of Tourspain. 💼✨ 📍 Spain was their stage as they traveled through different cities in search of the best MICE venues.
