Auburn football lands another blue-chip prospect for 2027 recruiting class (original) (raw)

AUBURN — For Auburn football, the recruiting trail's been coming up Golesh plenty this offseason. That continued Monday, May 8, as four-star offensive lineman Reed Ramsier announced his commitment to the Tigers, choosing them over Texas.
Rated as a four-star recruit by 247Sports and ESPN, Ramsier's the latest addition to what's been a fast-growing 2027 recruiting class. Since Auburn's spring practices ended, it's landed 14 commitments in the 2027 cycle.
Ramsier's considered the fifth-highest-rated player in the class, and he's one of six blue-chip prospects committed to the Tigers.
With Ramsier in the fold, Auburn's is maintaining as a top-20 bunch nationally, sitting at 19th in 247's team rankings. It's still a top-five SEC class as well, landing at fifth in the league.
