Grand Ole Opry members The Isaacs are set to return to Hendersonville for their annual Memorial Day Hometown Jam.

The free concert is scheduled for May 25 at Veterans Park, according to a community announcement.

This marks the sixth consecutive year The Isaacs have hosted the event to honor U.S. military members and first responders.

This year’s event is expected to be bigger

This year’s concert will feature a special all-star jam session. The Isaacs will perform a one-hour set beginning at 4 p.m., followed by a jam session with their friends. The lineup of guest performers has not been disclosed.

"It is an honor once again for us to bring back The Isaacs who have been so gracious with their time and giving back to our community to provide this free concert each year. We have many who travel from all over the country just for this concert each year so we will welcome our visitors and residents with open arms for an afternoon of amazing music and fellowship in our Parks," Hendersonville Parks Director Andy Gilley said in the release.

"We are very grateful for our partnership with Sumner County Tourism in bringing events like this to our community. If you have not ever been to this show – this is the year to come as The Isaacs have called all their friends to join them for this All-Star Jam!"

The event will also include a tribute to those who lost their lives while serving in the military. Families who wish to have their loved ones recognized can send photos to hvilleparks@gmail.com.

Family-oriented fun, recognition for community

Doors will open at 3 p.m.

There will be food trucks and family activities available throughout the afternoon.

Following the concert, the Hendersonville Spring Carnival will open for the evening at Veterans Park.

Veterans Park holds special significance for The Isaacs, as it is home to their Tennessee Music Pathways Marker, which celebrates their musical career.

"The Isaacs love Hendersonville and Sumner County, and we are so excited to bring them back again for their Memorial Day concert this year. They are so talented and have so many talented friends that always show up as special guests," Sumner County Tourism Director Mark Efros said in the release.

"We are glad to welcome so many out of town visitors each year for this event along with the thousands of people who watch the live stream from literally around the world. It is a great event for our community to showcase Sumner County and Hendersonville."
