New items: self-plagiarism and collusion.
The Harvard-ISS Referencing Guide offers referencing rules and advice to students for their Research Paper (MA thesis). Institute of Social Studies has adopted the Harvard Style of referencing. We refined this style for European/British flavor and removed (some) redundant separation characters to modernize the style. On the basis of issues reported by students, detailed topics are added each year in consultation with the Board of Examiners.

The ISS Referencing Guide 2014 offers referencing rules and advice to students for their Research Paper (MA thesis). ISS has adopted the Harvard Style of referencing. We refined this style for European/British flavor and removed (some) redundant separation characters to modernize the style. We try to unlearn students hand-copying references; emphasize importing titles from various sources and then checking these, so that they can then be used safely in essays, papers or thesis.
Write-N-Cite, formats citations and generates bibliographies only in Microsoft Word produced pape... more Write-N-Cite, formats citations and generates bibliographies only in Microsoft Word produced papers. It is not a priori suitable for other word processors. A general purpose solution has therefore been created by RefWorks COS to facilitate other word processors as for instance Open Office.org Writer.

It then is not possible to login to the RefWorks account in WriteNCite. Re-installing WNC does not solve the problem.
Refworks Support suggested erasing the hidden files. The current document is a brief problem description and provides a step by step solution. It should then be possible to re-install WNC fresh.
