Welcome to Ev_Layouts! Here you can request and make Evanescence layouts, backrounds, and friends only banners! Makers are also welcome to post their work. Best viewed in 1024x768 format.

Due to recent graphics and bandwith theft, this community is Friends Only.

The community membership is not moderated, so you do not have to ask to join.

Please read these rules before joining!

Rules

+If you take something, you must give credit to the creator.
+No bugging someone who is making something for you! We are taking our free time to do this! We have lives too!
+nO tYpInG liek dIs. It's extremely hard to read and quite annoying. Speak English.
+No bashing anyone else's work. If you're kind enough to offer critcism, make it constructive.
+Your request must be Evanescence related. Non-Evanescence related posts will be deleted.
+No message board/community promo. The only promotion that's allowed here is for other Evanescence LiveJournal communities.
+Do not delete someone else's comment on your post. If you have a problem with it or you feel inapproproate, screen it and please notify me about it.
+Do not steal anyone else's work. If you are caught, and do not comply with the creator of the graphic(s), you will be banned from the community.
+Absolutely no hotlinking/direct linking. Some people here pay for bandwith and it's not cool if they run out for the month. For more information on this, see this entry that was posted in ev_icons by shatteredshards. If you are caught hotlinking more than once, you will be banned.
+Do not use Deviant Art pictures to ask for requests. Deviant Art does not allow hotlinking and is against their Terms Of Service. Upload your pictures to your own image hosting server, such as Photobucket.
+If you wish to post your work, please only post Evanescence related graphics.
+If you wish to request a graphic, please use the Request form found below.
+Do not ask us to copy someone else's layout. That's rude, especially if they created it. You can ask to have your layout made similar to someone elses, but we will not copy it.

Please fill out this form when requesting a layout.

generator, punquin elegant, magazine, refried paper, clean and simple, disjointed, notepad, paid account, tabular indent

Your screen resolution:

1024x768 or 800x600

Entry Placement:

left, right or center

Backround Image URL:Entry Border(s):

dashed, dotted, solid, single or double

Entry border color:

please pick a hex code, which can be found here

Friends only banner:

Please be as specific as you can when requesting a friends only banner.

Scrollbar colors:

Here is a diagram to show you how to pick your colors. Again, please use the hex color codes.

Page transitions:

please specify which one you want when you load your journal, and which one you want when you leave your journal. Note: these can only be used in Internet Explorer. There are 23 different page transitions, which can be found here.

Cursor:

There are 16 different types of cursors you can use, which can be found here.

Link Alterations:

glow, strike through, drop shadow, vertical flip, horizontal flip, blur, wave, or shadow.

Comment Links:

Please specify what you want your comment links to say and whether you want an image in between them or not.

For headers and friends only banners, please specify what you would like written on it, what size you want it, and the image(s) you would like used.
