Today’s Disney stars have to sing — and dance, and act, and occasionally whip up a clothing line — for their suppers. In the case of _Wizards of Waverly Place_‘s Selena Gomez, however, there’s just one problem: The multihyphenate has no vocal chops. On Kiss & Tell, all the slick production in the world can’t erase the ”Mom! Where’s my allowance money?” whine she mistakes for Avril-esque attitude. D
