Of course Jennifer Lawrence ended her amazing awards season run by falling up the stairs.
The Silver Linings Playbook star, who was on her way to accept her award for Best Actress, fell before she reached the podium.
She quickly recovered. “You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell,” she began in response to the audience’s standing ovation. Watch it below.
In the pressroom, reporters asked Lawrence about her trip seen ’round the world. “What do you mean what happened? Look at my dress! I tried to walk up stairs in this dress. And they wax the stairs,” she said.
