The Newsroom actress, 44, and Saturday Night Live alum, 41, tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at a friend’s home in New York over the holiday weekend, PEOPLE reports. The couple’s two-year-old son, Malcolm Hiệp, and a witness were the only ones in attendance during their nuptials.

Mulaney and Munn were first romantically linked back in May 2021. The comedian later confirmed their relationship — and that they were expecting their first child together — during a visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers that September.

“In the spring, I went to Los Angeles and met and started to date a wonderful woman named Olivia," Mulaney said at the time. "I got into this relationship that's been really beautiful with someone incredible. And we're having a baby together. I was nervous when I was about to say the news!"

The pair announced the arrival of their son on Christmas Eve. "My Golden Ox baby. Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney. Happy Holidays," Munn wrote on Instagram. In his own post, Mulaney added, "Meet Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney. He has his whole life ahead of him. He hasn't even tried seltzer yet. I'm very in love with him and his whole deal. Happy Holidays."

Munn previously explained that Mulaney’s support has been instrumental amid her yearlong battle with breast cancer, which saw her undergo multiple surgeries including a double mastectomy.

“It would’ve felt like climbing an iceberg without him,” she told PEOPLE in April. “I don’t think he had a moment to himself, between being an incredibly hands-on father and going to and from the hospital — taking Malcolm to the park, putting him to nap, driving to Cedars-Sinai, hanging out with me, going home, putting Malcolm to bed, coming back to me. And he did it all happily.”

Their son Malcolm also helped, too. "When I’m with him, it’s the only time my brain doesn’t think about being sick," she explained. "I’m just so happy with him. And it puts a lot of stuff into perspective. Because if my body changes, I’m still his mom. If I have hot flashes, I’m still his mom. If I lose my hair, I’m still his mom. That’s really what matters the most to me. I get to be here for him.”
