Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman know some weird things are about to go down with the infamous Deadpool & Wolverine popcorn bucket.
Taking a page from Dune: Part Two’s unique bucket design, the Deadpool & Wolverine container features Wolverine with his mouth wide open so that theatergoers can gleefully shove their hand down his throat to grab a handful of popcorn goodness. However, while guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live last night with Jackman, Reynolds joked that it could also be used for much more lewd activities, too.
“You remember the Dune popcorn bucket that could double as your lover? Sexy, right?” Reynolds said during their opening monologue. “Well, listen, we made a Wolverine bucket for our movie and what’s crazy is I didn’t realize until right now that, you know, people are really gonna f--- this thing!”

Staring deep into the popcorn bucket’s throat, he added, “I mean, that’s a clear invitation.”
A giggling Jackman agreed that it would definitely be receiving a “hard” loving from someone before teasing a secret menu item that may heighten the experience.
“And you know what, for an extra three bucks, AMC will add my testicles onto the neck,” he said as Reynolds turned to hide his laughter. Although, he conceded, “Bit of summer, there’s a lot of air conditioning, so you may not notice.”
While at CinemaCon earlier this year, Reynolds told Entertainment Weekly that he had “some involvement” in the creation of the bucket, calling the container a “minor note in our marketing tapestry,” but a fun one nonetheless.
Director Shawn Levy added, “I think it is inspired and the world doesn't know how badly it needs this, but they're about to.”
The bucket isn’t the only risqué item in the Deadpool & Wolverine marketing campaign: gamers can grab Wade Wilson’s butt whenever they wish with his personally designed “cheeky” X-Box controller, which features his buns on the backside.
