Usher marries Jennifer Goicoechea in Las Vegas during Super Bowl weekend (original) (raw)
There’s so many ways to love you… including getting hitched.
Usher has married girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea, PEOPLE confirmed. The singer, 45, and the music executive, 40, wed in Las Vegas during Super Bowl weekend.
The couple obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nev. on Feb. 8, but didn’t immediately file, so it’s not clear whether they tied the knot before or after Usher took the stage at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show on Sunday.
The “Yeah!” singer and the exec share two children together. They were first spotted together in 2019.
Reps for Usher did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.

Usher hinted that the couple might get married in an interview with PEOPLE last week.
"Listen, when you find someone that you know is a great partner, of course it is an honor and a pleasure to be able to share life with someone who wants to share it with you and loves you, who you are," he told the outlet. "We have an amazing dynamic between our relationship where I'm able to be passionate still about what I do and have an incredible partner to work through some of the harder times as a young man dealing with children."
The singer also told EW that his forthcoming album Coming Home is about his journey from “being a married man to a single man,” as he and Grace Miguel divorced in 2018. "The idea of that journey felt like me finally coming back home to this place that I'm very comfortable to just share and know I'm being vulnerable in. I'm ready."
The singer performed hits like “Love in This Club,” “Ain’t Got You,” “Confessions Part II,” “OMG,” and many more during his energetic halftime performance. He was accompanied by special guests like Alicia Keys, Lil Jon, Ludacris, and H.E.R. during his set.
