4. General Summary
A young girl of thirteen, training to be a witch, leaves home for a year, to go to the big town. She finds her way by setting up a delivery service, with the help of Ososno the lady who owns the bakery. Having spent an amount of time in the town, Kiki has been working hard and wakes up in the morning without her witchy abilities. Her job now is to concentrate on getting her powers back, with the help of Tombo.

5. Character analysis
Kiki - A girl who is focused on becoming a watch, who has a talking cat. She gets excited about the new opportunity of starting fresh

Jiji - He's a cat with an attitude

Ososno - Lovable mother-to-be who takes Kiki under her wing when she gets to the town

Tombo - Intriged by Kiki, he persues her in a freindly way

Ursula - an artist that would like to draw Kiki, they met when Kiki accidentelly droped a delivery by her house.

6. What is memorable in this film?
As always the animation is surpurb from Miyazaki, Jiji is also the cutest thing and you will fall in love with him - even if he does stick his toungue out. The music, is catchy and memorable, there is also a soundtrack which can be found at
