This rise has been prompted by religious considerations, an understanding of the value of using halal goods, and the dissemination of information about this (Lada et al., 2009). As a result, Muslim consumers' use of halal products has changed (Hashim & Musa, 2014). In 2018, Muslims spent $2.2 trillion in the food, pharmaceutical, and lifestyle industries due to ethical consumption requirements stemming from their religious Abstract: Halal cosmetics have become a sustainable industry, particularly in Muslim countries such as Indonesia. This study analyses factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics in Indonesia through two samples: millennials and nonmillennials. This quantitative study used a Partial Least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis on 211 respondents' data. Of the 211 respondents, 109 are Millennials, and 102 are from the Boomer and Generation X generations. The variables used in this study are the halal label, price fairness, budget allocation, and perceived value. Halal labelling and price fairness are important factors in determining whether consumers buy halal cosmetics. The variable of price fairness has the most substantial influence. It has a greater impact on millennials than on non-millennials. Simultaneously, the importance of the halal label is more notable for the Boomers and Generation X than for the Millennials. This study confirms that the halal label influences the purchasing of halal cosmetics across different generations. The concern about halal cosmetics is more profound for Boomers and Generation X than Millennials. On the other hand, price fairness is more notable among millennials than in older generations.

It is essential to increase halal awareness not only as a form of religious obedience but also to provide consumers protection, improve product quality, encourage product innovation, and fulfil international standards. This qualitative study constructs a Triple Helix model using a descriptive analysis technique and the Inputs, Activities, Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact (IAOOI) Approach. The findings indicate that the government is crucial in answering the research question. The government is expected to provide optimal support for creating such an environment through laws, regulations, infrastructure development, and other methods. Academicians are responsible for conducting scientific research in the halal industry and social programs and disseminating their findings to the general public. Practitioners in the halal industry can participate in community-based events to increase public awareness of halal products and lifestyles. This research contributes to developing relevant policies for related stakeholders to increase community awareness of halal product consumption and lifestyle.

Medical higher education has a big challenge in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, because it has limitations in achieving the target of graduates who are experts, both in terms of material and medical practice skills. Consumers must have their needs and desires met through the company's products or services. This study explores students' assessments and expectations regarding a wise learning system, which is following the expectations of students as consumers, in medical education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings from exploring the student's assessment and expectations became the basis for forming a wise concept of a medical education system during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is beneficial for educators to find win-win solutions for consumers and medical education providers that are effective and ethical in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This qualitative research obtained the data through FGD with medical faculty students as informants and lecturers as a triangulation unit. The academic and non-academic aspects of forming mindful learning will be discussed in more detail. The results of this research can be used if educational institutions are to carry out online distance learning

However, the quality of how the service is delivered (relational quality) can be put into service quality dimensions. Other aspect that could be considered by customer to make a decision to choose which service that they would use was perceived value. Customers always compare what they had to pay with what they received. And it could impact to behavioral intentions. This research investigated the relationship between three elements – core service quality, relational service quality and perceived value – and customer satisfaction and future intentions in service industry. Using structural equation modeling, results of this research revealed that three service elements were important drivers of customer satisfaction, further, show that perceived value was the most important driver of customer satisfaction and relational quality was more important driver of customer satisfaction than core quality. It related with a kind of the service that was used in this research, high contact service. Beside that, a direct link between customer satisfaction and future intentions was established. A major conclusion was that both perceived value and service quality dimensions should be incorporated into customer satisfaction models to provide a more complete picture of drivers of satisfaction. Keywords: Core quality, Relational quality, Value, Customer satisfaction, Switch intentions, Loyalty intentions, High contact service.

This environmental phenomenon can arise from both the domestic and global spheres, where domestic means that it comes from the immediate environment and global means that it comes from a multinational environment. Knowledge of these two types of events is thought to be able to influence the desire to buy ‘green’ products and can be stronger if the environmental knowledge of the individual is also already strong. This study seeks to test the relationship of these variables using a video documentary stimulus and processing through structural equation modelling. The results show that environmental knowledge is much stronger in influencing domestic environmental concerns than global environmental concerns. In addition, the results also explain that global environmental concerns have a stronger influence on an individual’s decision to buy green products. Indonesian’s government should make a policy about increasing public service advertisement that provides information on global disasters to encourage the purchase of green products.
