First off there are still six modeling slots available for the Seattle Super Shoot. The MUA and Designer slots are still open as well.Speaking of Super Shoot Weekends, many of you wonder what do I gain from this. Well basically it gives me the chance to work with new people and hopefully find one or two exceptional folks to work with on a regular basis. Case in point - last year when someone dropped out of the last slot I contacted this young woman who had seen my work here on LJ and emailed me some photos. I said to myself "Sure why not. What have I got to lose?" It was strange as the photos that young woman sent me weren't very remarkable. Too much black eyeliner, really over-exposed web cam like photos, etc. I would post one of the shots in question but I really think those should remain hidden for a little while. She arrived with a sunburn, and wore two different socks.Fast forward one year. That young woman is perhaps the best model I work with. A really impressive talent.
