It is harmful and lethal to most of its patients. The need to selectively deliver cytotoxic agents to cancer cells, to enhance protection and efficacy, has prompted the implementation of nanotechnology in medicine. The latest findings have found that gold nanomaterials can heal and conquer it because the material is studied such as gold (atomic number 79) which produces a large amount of heat and contribute to the therapy of malignant tumors. The purpose of the present study is to research the consequence of heat transport through blood flow (Casson model) that contains gold particles in a slippery shrinking/stretching curved surface. The mathematical modeling of Casson nanofluid containing gold nanomaterials towards the slippery curved shrinking/stretching surface is simplified by utilizing suitable transformatio...

Therefore, this research article discussed the influence of nonlinear radiation on magneto Williamson fluid involving titanium alloy particles through a thin needle. The arising system of partial differential equations is exercised by the similarity transformations to get the dimensional form of ordinary differential equations. The dual nature of solutions is obtained by implementing bvp4c. The study of stability has been carried out to check which of the results are physically applicable and stable. Influences of pertinent constraints on the flow field are discussed with the help of graphical representations and the method validation is shown in Table 1. The results imply that more than one result is established when the moving needle and the free-stream tra...

Especially with the advanced development of digital smart devices and the internet, several forms of the mutual economy have been advanced in accord with the need for sharing of separate income. Shareable commodity and digital content are also seeking to utilize. When digital content is used as a sharing economy, various possible threats may arise in the course of transactions, the potential for theft, alteration, and hacking of contents. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the security and privacy of Blockchain. Blockchain promise transparent, tamper-proof and secure systems that can enable novel solutions, especially when combined with smart contracts. In this research, we proposed a content protection and transaction method using Blockchain Ethereum Technology. The encryption algorithm is incorporated in proposed system to make transparent transactions and it is also implemented on content itself to prevent from smart forgery and hacking. The experimental results signify that the proposed method has strong potential to enhance transactions transparency by minimizing the security threats in digital content transactions.

Utilizing the pertinent similarity method, the primary partial differential equations (PDEs) are changed into a highly nonlinear dimensional form of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). These dimensionless forms of ODEs are executed numerically by the aid of bvp4c solver. The impact of pertinent parameters such as the suction parameter, magnetic parameter, moving parameter, and viscous dissipation parameter is discussed with the help of plots. Dual solutions are obtained for certain values of a moving parameter. The velocities in the direction of streamwise, as well as cross-flow, decline in the upper branch solution, while the contrary impact is seen in the lower branch solution. However, the influence of suction on the velocities in both directions uplifts in the upper branch solution and shrinks in the l...

GJs formed by different connexins are expressed throughout the body and harbor unique channel properties that have not been fully defined mechanistically. Recent structural studies have implicated the amino-terminal (NT) domain as contributing to isoform-specific functional differences that exist between the lens connexins, Cx50 and Cx46. To better understand the structural and functional differences in the two closely related, yet functionally distinct GJs, we constructed models corresponding to CryoEM-based structures of the wildtype Cx50 and Cx46 GJs, NT domain swapped chimeras (Cx46-50NT and Cx50-46NT), and point variants at the 9th residue (Cx46-R9N and Cx50-N9R) for comparative MD simulation and electrophysio...

These tasks can only be efficiently performed by a machine learning based algorithm. We address the same issue in this paper by proposing a deep learning based technique for predicting the relevant tags for a movie and segmenting the movie with respect to the predicted tags. We construct a tag vocabulary and create the corresponding dataset in order to train a deep learning model. Subsequently, we propose an efficient shot detection algorithm to find the key frames in the movie. The extracted key frames are analyzed by the deep learning model to predict the top three tags for each frame. The tags are then assigned weighted scores and are filtered to generate a compact set of most relevant tags. This process also generates a corpus which is further used to segment a movie based on a selected tag. We present a rigorous analysis of the segmentation quality with respect to the number of tags selected for the segmentation. Our detailed experiments demonstrate that the proposed technique is not only efficacious in predicting the most relevant tags for a movie, but also in segmenting the movie with respect to the selected tags with a high accuracy.

However, it is sometimes hard to distinguish it from Nevus due to their identical visual appearance and symptoms. The mortality rate because of this disease is higher than all other skin related consolidated malignancies. The number of cases is growing amongst young people but if it is diagnosed at its earlier stage then the survival rates become very high. The cost and time required for the doctors to diagnose all patients for Melanoma are very high. In this research work, we propose an intelligent system to detect and distinguish Melanoma from Nevus by using state of the art image processing techniques. At first, Gaussian Filter is used for removing noise from the skin lesion of the acquired images followed by the use of improved K-mean clustering to segment out the lesion. A distinctive hybrid super feature vector is formed by the extraction of textural and color features from the lesion. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is utilized for the classification of skin cancer into melanoma and nevus. Our aim is to test the effectiveness of the proposed segmentation technique, extract the most suitable features and compare the classification results with the other techniques present in the literature. The proposed methodology is tested on DERMIS dataset having a total number of 397 skin cancer images where 146 are melanoma and 251 are nevus skin lesions. Our proposed methodology archives encouraging results having 96% accuracy. INDEX TERMS Melanoma, Nevus, Feature, K-means clustering, and centroid selection.

The technological advancements in wireless communication and miniaturization of sensor nodes have... more The technological advancements in wireless communication and miniaturization of sensor nodes have resulted in the development of Wireless Medical Sensor Networks (WMSNs) which can be effectively used for remote patient monitoring. Remote patient monitoring is one such application of wireless sensor networks which is becoming increasingly prevalent in healthcare. The healthcare applications of WMSNs are delay-sensitive and require timely delivery of patient-critical data. However, the frequent exchange of critical data packets results in higher delays, collisions, packet drop and retransmissions. Consequently, it brings a detrimental impact on the performance of WMSNs. In addition, the implanted biomedical sensor nodes produce electromagnetic radiations, pose a serious threat of damaging sensitive tissues in the human body. Protecting tissue damage requires thermal-aware routing protocols. However, most of the thermal-aware routing protocols developed for WBSNs primarily focused on minimizing temperature, while overlooking the energy conservation goal and optimization of route selection. In this paper, we propose a weighted, QoS-based, energy and temperature-aware routing protocol, referred to as (WETRP), for WMSNs that utilizes a composite routing metric by keeping in view temperature, remaining node energy, and link-delay estimation during route selection decisions. The simulation results presented in the paper demonstrates the efficacy of the proposed scheme in terms of preventing temperature rise, dealing with hotspot nodes, and maximizing network's lifetime.
