The critical developmental processes of executive function occur during the preschool years. The Covid-19 pandemic increases stress among children and their caregivers. Which consequently hamper the children's executive function development. The present study examines the development of executive function among preschoolers (2 to 5 years, N = 92) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that about 12 percent of the sample had developmental problems in their executive function, particularly regarding their emergent metacognition. Children with this developmental problem would find difficulties in initiating, planning, and solving problems independently.

The relationship between pattern of sexual communication with late adolescent's pre marriage sexu... more The relationship between pattern of sexual communication with late adolescent's pre marriage sexual behavior. There are 100 respondents in this research. Incidental sampling techniques were used to select the sample. Data collection utilized the communication pattern of sexuality scale and the pre marriage sexual behavior scale. Data was analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation. The results of the correlation analysis show that there is a negative significant relationship between sex expressive and pre marriage sexual behavior with a correlation coefficient of-0.195 (p < 0.05) and a positive significant relationship between sex obsessive and pre marriage sexual behavior with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 (p < 0.05). On the other side, this research shows that there is no relationship between sex repressive and sex avoidance with pre marriage sexual behavior.

It is in line with the forces behind the utterance. The speaker may use various utterances for similar intentions or one single utterance for various intentions. The use of context can identify the forces. This writing is aimed at describing the intention of the speakers when saying something. The objective of this writing is to identify the illocutionary force behind the utterance categorized as verbal violation toward women. The data were taken in DKI Jakarta by using interviews, note-taking, and recording. There were around women as 20 respondents. These women were the victims of verbal violence. The analysis is done by using the concept proposed by Leech (2016) and Revita (2017). The result of the analysis is presented descriptively and narratively. After analyzing the data, it is found that there are three illocutionary forces behind the verbal violence. They are assertive, directive, and expressive.

This study aims to measure the relationship of coping self-efficacy and individual responses in facing uncertainty. This study was conducted on 204 participants in the range of early adulthood (M = 27 years) which were taken based on quota sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is The Uncertainty Response Scale and Coping Self - Efficacy Scale. Based on the results of the analysis, Pearson Product Moment, it is found that there was a significant relationship between the response to uncertainty and coping self-efficacy. Usually, the verbal violation is regarded as something common because it is the right of husband to scold his wife with whatever the ways. Even, the society just look and let such violation occur. What husband does toward the wife is under the domain of the household. Nobody may interfere. Such way of thinking makes the perpetrators tyrannize. They courageously violate the wives. Nothing to be afraid. This brings about the phenomena of verbal violation like an iceberg. The violations look small but in fact many women become the victims. These women seem helpless. They mostly keep and recover the pain by themselves. The actions of verbal violence are due by several factors. This paper is aimed at describing the psychopragmatic factors of the domestic verbal violation toward women in DKI Jakarta. As the capital city of Indonesia, the verbal violence might occur in every part in many countries in ASEAN. However, the cases are not revealed yet. This writing may be one indication and consideration for the public and policy maker how to save women (wives) from the violence. The research was conducted in DKI Jakarta The data were taken by having interview, note-taking, and recording. The respondent are 15 women (victims of violence), 20 members of society, the government, and community leaders. The data are analyzed by using the Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and concept or psycho-pragmatic. Having analyzed the data, it is found that there are at least four general psychopragmatics factors of the action of verbal violence toward women. They are 1) from the perpetrator; 2) from the victims; 3) family; and 4) environment.

Sampel penelitian adalah remaja korban kekerasan seksual dan memiliki kesulitan dalam regulasi emosi (skor DERS > 132) yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling . Sampel penelitian diketahui berjumlah dua orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh REBT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi. Pada kedua subjek, aspek strategy mengalami peningkatan yang menunjukkan subjek mulai mampu menemukan cara dalam meregulasi emosi.

The present study aims to describe responses to coronavirus-related uncertainties, particularly responses from people in early adulthood. The sample consisted of 166 individuals (38 males and 128 females), aged 20-40years, from 12 provinces in Indonesia including West Sumatra, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sulawesi among others. Participants completed the uncertainty response scale via Google form. The results showed that participants perceived that COVID-19 has caused uncertainties mainly in the education and economy sectors. This study uses descriptive quantitative research survey design. The effectivity of SFH measures by using 9 aspects related to teaching practices: communicating effectively, guiding students’ knowledge, promoting individual learning, engaging students with content, ensuring content accessibility, maintaining academic integrity, keeping the course a safe place, meeting students’ needs, and scaffolding.
