The revival of the dead was only a start. Not even a big start, just a small one. Alarming wasn't it? Adel smiled as she dressed her wounds. Her defeat had her injured badly, but she managed to live. And with the right magic--she was good as new. Of course, she was still in a bad condition and if she over exerted herself, she'd kill herself. Awakening the dead was an easy task. One that had hardly required her to lift a finger.
It was a good thing she'd kept this secrets hidden from the public. Adel had many powers that no one knew about. She was a sorceress. Just like Ultimecia was, too bad she'd taken a bad turn. If she hadn't of merged with Griever she would have made it just fine. But of course, she over exerted her powers and was killed. Edea--she was too weak. She passed her powers onto that silly dark haired girl. The dark haired girl that could hold the powers well. Ha, she could be a great Sorceress if she tried, but of course... that'd never happen. All the other minor Sorceresses had been worthless. It was only Adel now.
Unless of course, she could get some followers. That'd be easy enough, if the people were willing. Adel could disguise herself as a human and mess with peoples minds, but only if they were weak and easy to control. She could also talk to the little Ancient girl she revived. She had learned much about the people she revived. She knew practically their whole life stories.
The little Ancient girl had been killed by someone named Sephiroth. The same Sephiroth she revived. That'd be great conflict wouldn't it when they met? As well as the friends of the little Ancient. She wondered if the Ancient knew her stupid mother was alive--or wait! Adel sat up straight in her chair, did the little ancients mother live? Adel had forgotten if that had been a failed attempt at resurrection. Ifalna had cursed Adel and told her this was a mistake. Adel was surprised the witch could speak with her. She shrugged it off. There were plenty more people she revived.
Another woman, her husband and son still lived and the husband missed her dearly. It was hard to tell her sons feelings. The woman was very motherly. Polite and Calm. The conflict that could bring would be terrific.
Adel leaned back and gazed out the window. What fun could she have now? She was itching to do something that would make a scene. She smiled as she found her destination and hurled a fireball at it.
Alexandria Castle lit up into flames.
She smiled and closed her eyes.
