This work presents reflective, researched and socialized experiences that point out the possibili... more This work presents reflective, researched and socialized experiences that point out the possibilities of a new conception and practice of teacher training. He argues that we are all teachers - learners in teacher training and practice, dedicated to teaching history and committed to experiences in basic education. In it, reflections on practical experiences fall on the possibilities and limits of teacher education, through the mediation of methods, content - information, knowledge production, as a strategy favorable to self - learning and to the qualification of the undergraduate course in History. This is because we have learned that the process of building knowledge, of the true meaning of teaching and training, lies in the practices and presuppositions of research and discovery, drawing the scenario of higher education. Thus, it is necessary to critically reflect on the role of undergraduate courses and teachers in the process of training in undergraduate degrees.
This book is the result of a project based on the need to re-dimension our pedagogical practice, ... more This book is the result of a project based on the need to re-dimension our pedagogical practice, both as teachers of history and researchers and trainers of higher education. The Degree in History is a practice that is configured in a constant process of thinking and rethinking, based on the interactions, reflections, discussions and constant divulgations of ideas inherent to history classes and research practice. In this sense, the path taken to the preparation of this book considers in a central way the questions that concern the thematic history - regional history - its teaching, with the objective of presenting methodological possibilities that help the teachers teachers in the elaboration of their plans and definition of their Practices in the classroom. Therefore, the textbook that we propose directed to the teachers as a tool of transposition of the historical knowledge, directed to the student.

A questão agrária, na memória do judiciário2 , é uma proposta de discutir a posse-propriedade da ... more A questão agrária, na memória do judiciário2 , é uma proposta de discutir a posse-propriedade da terra, sua mercantilização e seus implicantes às organizações sociais, na ocupação do espaço rio-grandense. Para tal, partimos do entendimento de que, o pensamento e a prática de operacionalização do direito representam uma possibilidade de compreensão do processo de racionalidade moderna capitalista, envolve padrões de acumulação e a organização política do Estado. Assim, constitui-se em fértil campo de pesquisa e abre a possibilidade de novas fontes e chaves de leitura sob um referencial teórico e metodológico diverso.
São estas questões que apresentamos neste artigo. Centrando-se na questão
agrária organizamos estas reflexões em três aspectos: os processos judiciais como
memórias reveladoras de relações socioeconômicas e políticas rio-grandenses; os
conceitos e práticas referentes à propriedade da terra no processo de racionalidade
moderna; e, como resultado das duas primeiras interpretações, algumas considerações
metodológicas.
O direito de valor racional cristalizador de relações sociais e o judiciário enquanto processo so... more O direito de valor racional cristalizador de relações sociais e o judiciário enquanto processo social na aplicação das elaborações legislativas e representação concreta de poder na tríade dos três poderes pouco têm sido estudados e discutidos pelos historiadores. Nesse sentido, no direito e na sua historicidade e processualidade reside potencial à compreensão do Estado, incluída a sociedade civil e a sociedade política. Portanto, por detrás do "texto" (processos judiciais, doutrinas, leis, decretos, portarias, autuações) há vida passível de compreensão. Assim, a inserção de observações do direito e das fontes judiciais é de fundamental importância à interpretação histórica de uma sociedade, uma vez "que ele nomeia, qualifica e hierarquiza todo divórcio do indivíduo e o princípio fundamental dessa sociedade" (VILAR, 2006, 22). Aqui reside a tarefa do historiador: "o direito, signo dos modelos de funcionamento das sociedades, é signo também das etapas das civilizações. O Direito é produto da História" (2006, p. 38). Dessa forma, a proposta deste artigo é problematizar a necessidade de diálogo entre história e direito através do uso das fontes judiciais na ampliação e qualificação da pesquisa histórica i . Ao estudar o judiciário é possível visualizar o poder do Estado, problematizar e investigar as ações do Poder Executivo na processualidade do tempo histórico, identificar seu poder sobre as forças econômicas, reorganizando e desenvolvendo o aparelho da produção econômica, dando condições à criação de uma nova estrutura, orientada e dirigida por fatores superestruturais, através do Legislativo e do Judiciário, que lhe dá as condições de operacionalizar um projeto de modernização, impulsionar, solicitar, punir e reprimir. Pois o direito é uma ação política, civilizadora e modernizadora empreendida pela ação ético-política concreta dos homens situada temporal e espacialmente. Assim, o poder do direito entrecruza-se ao Poder Executivo e/ou Legislativo, através do sistema alcançado pela prática do Judiciário à institucionalização de novas normas aos grupos sociais enraizados em costumes que se quer ultrapassar, nas temporalidades históricas. The “Memory Network” Project, as a division of the Heritage Moment Project, focuses on both the m... more The “Memory Network” Project, as a division of the Heritage Moment Project, focuses on both the material and the immaterial heritage of the municipality of Passo Fundo, based on its intra-regional, ethnical, social and cultural diversity, among others, aiming mostly at the patrimonialization of cultural elements of school communities in Passo Fundo. Through this project, we sought to understand how and quotidian objects of different communities are appropriate and meanings by different groups, ie, how these elements come to constitute the memory and representation of culture and local identity and regional. Thus, the proposal of this paper is to discuss the theoreticalmethodological frameworks of the Memory Network Project through the training of elementary school teachers, along with the dissemination of scientific production by means of radio and television programs and the development of public policies with the municipal public government.
