CF Signature Series Mouthpieces by GR Technologies
The CF Signature Series Mouthpiece Line is the result of a continued collaboration of 20+ years between Carl Fischer and Gary Radtke of GR Technologies Mouthpieces. Gary Radtke and GR Mouthpieces make the most consistently playable and manufactured mouthpieces on the market! I went to Gary originally because I wanted to have multiple mouthpieces in the same design so I could have one at home, one on the road, etc… But it was important that they played identically. Not only was he able to accomplish that goal, but he made the mouthpieces even better!

Jazz
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- High Alpha Angle
- #3 Backbore
- Very open and free blowing. Closest feel and sound to a 3C. Great for a player to switch over to, even for a younger player currently playing on a conventional mouthpiece.

Z
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- High Alpha Angle
- #1 Backbore
- Great for playing and recording funk, and the mouthpieces takes to recording really well. Perfect for playing in a section. Perfect for picking off those really biting 16th note lines as well.

Jazz RockStar
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- High Alpha Angle
- #3 Backbore
- Perfect blend between the CF Signature Jazz and the CF Signature Z, and is recommended for players having trouble deciding between those two models. The CF Jazz Rockstar has a HUGE sound that fills stadiums and arenas, but doesn’t kill you while you’re doing it!

JRW/JRII
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- High Alpha Angle
- #3 Backbore
- Perfect blend between the CF Signature Jazz and the CF Signature FischLips, and is recommended for players having trouble deciding between those two models. The CF JRW has a HUGE sound that fills stadiums and arenas, but doesn’t kill you while you’re doing it!

FischLips
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- High Alpha Angle
- #1 Backbore
- A little more room for your chops than the Signature Z. This is great if you’ve been playing hard and happen to be swollen. It also produces a little bigger sound that the Signature Z

DWB Flugel
- Flat Wide Non-Injuring Rim
- Slightly less drastic alpha angle
- Standard
- Rim consistent with the rest of the mouthpiece line. The cup is a V cup that derived from a french horn mouthpiece to optimize the biggest, darkest, thickest true flugelhorn sound.
