The research was conducted on 76 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods in the SPSS version 21 application program. The results showed that the Bonus Compensation variable (X1) had a regression coefficient with a negative direction of 0.021. with a significance value of 0.020. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) form symbiotic mutualism with the plant root, where fungi will... more Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) form symbiotic mutualism with the plant root, where fungi will help the host plant to absorb more nutrients and water from the soil. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of two species of AMF namely Glomus sp. and Gigaspora sp. in increasing the agarwood seedling growth. The treatments were control (m0), Glomus sp. (m1), Gigaspora sp. (m2), and a mix of Glomus sp. with Gigaspora sp. (m3) with six replications arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The seeds of agarwood were germinated in sterilized sand for one month. The one-month-old seedlings were then transferred into 12 cm × 19 cm polybags containing sterilized ultisol soil. During the time of transplanting, the AMF of 3oo spores per seedling were spread onto the root surface of agarwood seedling. The seedlings remained in the greenhouse for six months. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah (presentasi) dengan cara menyampaikan materi kepada peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi (sesi tanya jawab). This study aims to explain the influence of variable liquidity, company size, profitability and l... more This study aims to explain the influence of variable liquidity, company size, profitability and leverage on the value of companies in the wholesale sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. The population of this study was 45 wholesale sub-sector companies and only 13 companies met the criteria with purposive sampling techniques. The study used secondary data with classical assumption tests and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that liquidity, profitability and leverage partially have an influence and significant on the value of the company, while the size of the company partially has no influence and is insignificant to the value of the company. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode: Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel diperoleh dari 102 sampel perusahaan manufaktur. This paper seeks to show that, with a large sample size based on expectation maximization (EM) algorithm, both models give similar results.Design/methodology/approachThe parameters of the models have been estimated by method of maximum likelihood based on EM algorithm. The objective of this analysis is to fit the modification of Cox's model with Weibull distribution and Cox's with exponential distribution, examine its performance and compare their results with Crowder et al.FindingsA simulation study indicates that the parametric Cox's model with Weibull distribution gives similar results to Cox's with exponential distribution, especially for a large sample size. The data was very interesting due to the long interval between the years of 1851 to 1962. The number of deaths was from 10 to 361. The data, in fact, had been already analyzed by other researcher applying statistical methods. In this research, we try to apply data mining techniques of association rules to find the highest support and confidence in the data. Afterward, we will fit the determined association rules to the available data of Coal-mining Disasters from 1963 to 2015. The objective of the research was to find the association rules. The method was patterned frequency and a priori algorithm. The benefit of the research was to anticipate the disasters based on the association rules found.

It is thus necessary for the management to consider factors that influence dividend policy set by the company. The k-sample test for interval censored is studied. Many k-sample tests have been developed when data are uncensored or right censored. The main characteristic of this paper is the permutational distributions of survival analysis with interval-censored data The difficulty of finding the distribution of the test statistic is avoided with this permutational approach. The permutational methodology will be introduced and provides description of the permutational Wilcoxon and Log-rank tests for interval-censored data. A likelihood approach for this new proposal is also considered. The relationship given by Fay (1999) betWeen permutational methods and likelihood methods based on score test statistics will be extended. It was found that the permutational approach requires that the censoring mechanisms are identical across the groups.

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna Imopuro Metro dengan para anggotanya sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah (presentasi) dengan cara menyampaikan materi kepada peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi (sesi tanya jawab). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 13 Januari 2021 pukul 09.00 s/d 11.30 WIB dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang. The population of this study was 45 wholesale sub-sector companies and only 13 companies met the criteria with purposive sampling techniques. The study used secondary data with classical assumption tests and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that liquidity, profitability and leverage partially have an influence and significant on the value of the company, while the size of the company partially has no influence and is insignificant to the value of the company. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode: Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel diperoleh dari 102 sampel perusahaan manufaktur. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda pada program aplikasi Eviews 9.0. This paper seeks to show that, with a large sample size based on expectation maximization (EM) algorithm, both models give similar results.Design/methodology/approachThe parameters of the models have been estimated by method of maximum likelihood based on EM algorithm. The objective of this analysis is to fit the modification of Cox's model with Weibull distribution and Cox's with exponential distribution, examine its performance and compare their results with Crowder et al.FindingsA simulation study indicates that the parametric Cox's model with Weibull distribution gives similar results to Cox's with exponential distribution, especially for a large sample size. The data was very interesting due to the long interval between the years of 1851 to 1962. The number of deaths was from 10 to 361. The data, in fact, had been already analyzed by other researcher applying statistical methods. In this research, we try to apply data mining techniques of association rules to find the highest support and confidence in the data. Afterward, we will fit the determined association rules to the available data of Coal-mining Disasters from 1963 to 2015. The objective of the research was to find the association rules. The method was patterned frequency and a priori algorithm. The benefit of the research was to anticipate the disasters based on the association rules found.

The k-sample test for interval censored is studied. Many k-sample tests have been developed when data are uncensored or right censored. The main characteristic of this paper is the permutational distributions of survival analysis with interval-censored data The difficulty of finding the distribution of the test statistic is avoided with this permutational approach. The permutational methodology will be introduced and provides description of the permutational Wilcoxon and Log-rank tests for interval-censored data. A likelihood approach for this new proposal is also considered. The relationship given by Fay (1999) betWeen permutational methods and likelihood methods based on score test statistics will be extended. It was found that the permutational approach requires that the censoring mechanisms are identical across the groups.
