Howdy ho all! New to the community and wanted to say hi.
I'm home for Christmas, where most of my library of books are so of course I picked 'em up and have re-read the Avatar Trilogy, Prince of Lies, and am now on Crucible.
I was mortified to see that the publication dates from these range from 88-93. I don't think I got them myself until the mid/late 90s!

I'm not even sure what I'd pick up nowadays. I sort of feel so old school I'm not sure what would appeal to me. Can anyone suggest any good new FR material? :)
