Hi NVIDIA Support Team,

I’m experiencing two issues that are preventing me from accessing the NIM API on build.nvidia.com:

1. A red banner at the top of the page says, “Please verify your account to get API access.”
2. When I attempt to generate an API key, I cannot find the UAE in the provided list

Based on community discussions, it appears my account is stuck in an unverified state, and my personal organization is missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission.

Could you please:

Manually verify my account

Enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my organization
