Please help me get an API (original) (raw)

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to use the free NVIDIA NIM APIs via build.nvidia.com for a personal non-commercial project. However, when I attempt to generate an API key, I receive the following error:

“You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization. Switch Orgs or contact your admin.”

After reviewing similar community threads, it appears my personal organization is missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission and shows the message: “Please approve my request for account permissions to test hosted NIM APIs using the NVIDIA Cloud Account 0984667454511882.”

My account details:

• Registered Email: [ergoroca@gmail.com]
• Organization Name: [ergoroca]

Plus, I get a “Please contact support to verify your account.” but when i clic the link, it goes nowhere. Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization?
