Dear NVIDIA Developer Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA Build / NIM free API endpoint, from the current 40 RPM to 200 RPM. Details are as follows:

Account Information

Use Case

I am an independent developer using this API solely for personal, non-commercial learning and prototyping purposes. My work focuses on local AI coding assistant debugging, multi-tool agent workflow validation, and prompt engineering iteration. No production deployment, public service, or commercial monetization is involved.

Reason for Request

The current 40 RPM limit frequently triggers 429 Too Many Requests errors during chained tool calls and batch testing, which interrupts agent execution and slows down my development iteration cycle. I have already implemented client-side optimizations including exponential backoff, request queuing, and response caching to minimize redundant calls. A higher baseline rate limit would greatly improve my prototyping and testing efficiency.

Compliance Commitment

I will strictly follow the NVIDIA Terms of Service, keep all usage within personal learning and prototyping scope, and never abuse the platform resources for commercial, production, or resale purposes. I will upgrade to an enterprise plan if my project moves to commercial use in the future.
